Proper Cert Stamp Usage

This seems almost too basic to ask but, I have always understood that the use of a circle BMC stamp, whether Mullen or ECT, is only ‘legal’ on an RSC style box. Anything else would require a square stamp.

Can you clarify or lead me to the right web site where I can get a better understanding of the proper use of the circle BMC?
TIM the use of the circular stamp is controlled by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association and the National Railroad Freight Committee. They are explained in full in the FBA Handbook.

Also, it is not a requirement that a corrugated shipping container have a stamp.
