As we have discussed several times in the past, it is difficult to choose a basis weight board combination without knowing the minimum ring crush levels of the five components. Let me answer your question but not by trying to select the available linerboards and mediums that may be available to you. What you need are the following MINIMUM CD ring crush values in the components; 77L-57B-77L-40C-77L. You need to factor this up based on your corrugator efficiency factor and your degradation rate through your converting process.
