My family has mills overseas and I was recently given an assignment to source NDLKC and OCC scrap for our mills. I’m very frustrated that I cannot find any genuine seller of these products. All I run into is all brokers on Alibaba and other sites. Is there an organization I can turn to for this?

I can only comment on OCC. Most large paper mill system in the US have their own internal sourcing departments. Other OCC is offered by brokers. Click here for a link to a list of the Top 20 paper recycling companies from Recycling Today magazine.
